What is Lucidity Therapy?

A state of mental clarity through self-acceptance. Accepting your most authentic self anchors you in your truth, especially in intervals between periods of confusion or instability.

How do we arrive to a state of Lucidity together?

My mission is to assist you in breaking free from generational trauma, self doubt, imposter syndrome, and the systemic oppression we carry within. Together, the goal is to lessen the weight on your shoulders, create healthy habits, and nurture your mind. I believe we all are ever evolving and making sense of our experiences. When we start to view our emotions as a power and not a weakness, we start to enhance and strengthen our emotional health.
